*It’s been a year since Kanye West stepped onto the Coachella music festival stage in a woman’s oversized blouse, a moment not soon forgotten by the hardcore fashionistas who keep up with such events…like Joan Rivers and ‘nem on E!’s “Fashion Police.”
Co-host George Kotsiopoulos, a magazine editor, fashion consultant and stylist when he’s not critiquing celebs on TV, brought up the blouse (from Belgium fashion house Celine’s Spring/Summer 2011) as an example of the rapper’s bold style.
He wore the Phoebe Philo-designed Celine blouse again this past January at the Big Day Out festival – this time accessorizing it with gold chains.
The blouse sold out immediately after he debuted it at Coachella on April 17, 2011.
